General Laborer
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 per hour
Our company is looking for dedicated General Laborers to join our dynamic team. We’re seeking hardworking professionals who like meeting challenges and surpassing expectations.
- Full time 40 hours
- Day Shift 5:00 am- 3:30 pm
- Must be dependable for those days!
To excel in this role, you should be able to operate a forklift and work in a fast-paced environment.
The right individual will be reliable and capable of working all necessary hours.
The successful candidate will also have a steady hand and outstanding attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Forklift operation.
- Attention to detail.
- Assess welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors.
- Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing gloves, protective masks, safety glasses, and safety shoes.
- Grinding is key to success in this position.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in production/operations.
- Excellent knowledge of forklift machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Metatarsal/Steel Toe Boots.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
Preferred:
- Experience in paint/powder coating.
- Ability to use an industrial blaster.

CNC Operator
- Responsible for following tool routings, blueprints and set up sheets to set up CNC machining centers including 3 & 4 axis Vertical or Horizontal mills.
- Responsible for adding or removing tooling in the machine as needed. Setting tool offsets, setting part offsets and making any adjustments needed to maintain print specifications.
- Perform all inspections per work instructions using micrometers, calipers, height gages, plug and snap gages and all in process gages.
- Operators are required to load/unload, deburr and clean parts from the machines.
- This classification also requires team members to rotate into all areas of classification on a regular basis.
- Assists or performs training of other personnel on job duties as directed by Supervisor.
- Performs other duties conducive to assuring optimum productivity within the Plant as the need arises, and other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Welder
Responsibilities
- Associates are to perform all safety checks at the start of their shift on all cranes and tools and document this as necessary. Continue to perform safety checks throughout the shift.
- Measure dimensions of completed products or work pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
- Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form completed units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications.
- Study engineering drawings and blueprints to determine materials requirements and task sequences.
- Must be attentive to detail in all job tasks, quality, and workmanship in each product manufactured.
- Make routine decisions and use problem-solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance.
- Report and document basic material, production, and quality control issues.
- Measure materials using a tape measure.
- Operation of cranes, hoists, and forklifts as needed. Also successfully complete any training, and safety program relating to the operation of the equipment.
- Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and finishing specifications as they relate to finishing products.
- Performs housekeeping and other related duties that are assigned.

Press Brake Operator

Salary: $17.00 per hour
About the Position
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Press Brake Operator #2 to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate press brake machine to bend, form, and shape metal components
- Assist with machine setup, tooling adjustments, and quality checks
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production orders
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support team members and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Prior press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and use basic hand tools
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 to 75 pounds
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 per hour
About the Position:
Lawrence Brothers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
- Maintain and service equipment including forklifts, welders, grinders, and other shop machinery
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Complete and maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards
- Assist with facility maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting
- Strong electrical knowledge (troubleshooting, wiring, basic diagnostics)
- Experience working with industrial equipment such as forklifts, welders, powder coating system and grinders
- Ability to manage projects independently, including planning and material procurement
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attendance and reliability
